THE NATIONAL PET CLUB’S REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY

The National Pet Club’s Refund or Cancellation Policy entitles you to receive your money back no later than 10 days of registering with The National Pet Club. To receive your money back within 10 days of your registration you must RETURN the Welcome Kit unused in its entirety and follow the instructions below.

Call us at 1-877-640-PETS or Email us at addesk@thenationalpetclub.com to let us know you would like to return your Membership and your $500 Welcome Package. We need this for tracking purposes and to approve your return. We will then email you our address for the return.



If you are thinking of canceling your membership we do hope you will reconsider to enjoy the deep discounts and endless benefits of your membership that The National Pet Club will continue to bring to you throughout your years’ membership.

The National Pet Club reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer, it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revisions or changes will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on The National Pet Club’s Website. You agree to periodically review our Website, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy is made available on our Website. It is your obligation to review our Refund Policy for any such revisions.
